Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your subscription instantly via your User Profile. Upon cancellation:
- Your premium access continues until the end of the current billing cycle.
- No future charges will be applied.
Refund Eligibility
Every account starts with a free trial, so you can confirm Whis-AI works for you before you pay. Because access is immediate and digital, paid plans are final: we do not offer refunds for change of mind, or once a plan has been used. We do provide refunds in these specific cases:
- Technical Failures: The software fails to run on your device and our support team cannot resolve it within 48 hours of you contacting us.
- Billing Errors: Duplicate charges, or any charge made after a confirmed cancellation.
Refund requests are reviewed against account usage. Plans on which significant usage has already occurred are not eligible outside the cases listed above.
Processing Time
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days and credited back to the original payment method.
