By downloading, installing, or using Whis-AI, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the application.

2. License & Usage

Whis grants you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the software for personal purposes. You agree not to:

Reverse engineer or decompile the application.
Use the application for illegal activities or academic dishonesty.
Resell or redistribute the software without permission.

3. Subscriptions

Pro and Stealth plans are billed in advance. Payments are non-refundable except as required by law or our specific Refund Policy. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges.

4. Liability

Whis-AI is provided "as is". We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the software, including data loss or business interruption.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Andhra Pradesh, India.
